Our Return Policy
- 30 days for return
- Regular stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of date of purchase.
- Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Product shipped in error may be returned for full credit including all freight costs and replacement product will be shipped at Vallen expense. Vallen must receive notice of errors within 10 working days from the date of shipment.
- Special order products are not returnable unless specifically noted and are subject to minimum restocking charges of 25% (unless otherwise stated on the quotation) plus freight costs to return to the manufacturer.
- Vallen reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if conditions are not met.
- Amount credited will be tender to original tender card.
- Returned goods are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge unless otherwise stated on the quotation.
- Credit will be issued after product has been verified to be complete and in its original packaging. Vallen is unable to credit items in unsalable condition.
- All clearance items are final sale.
- All defective products will be warranted to the full extent of the manufacturer written warranty.
- To expedite the return process, attach the RMA acknowledgement with product.
